Wes has spent most of his career with private equity companies. He was Vice-President of Land for Encore Acquisition Company who was backed by Warburg Pincas, Natural Gas Partners and others before entering the public market. After Encore he co-founded Ovation Energy I and II backed by Encap Investments. He also co-founded 2W Energy, LLC a portfolio company of Sage Road Capital before assuming the role as CEO of 3Point Oil & Gas Company.
Tom has over 40 years of global management experience in international capital markets, risk management, and private real assets including impact investments. Tom held senior management positions at the First Boston Corporation (Credit Suisse), Deutsche Bank Securities and PaineWebber, Inc (UBS) before co-founding a real asset focused private equity asset management and merchant banking firm.

Steve is an attorney with more than 42 years’ experience representing entrepreneurial clients through the lifecycle of a business enterprise. Steve advises his client through the intricacies of the federal and state securities laws, and also represents clients in the acquisition of assets or other entities. Steve has a B.A. in Economics from Oberlin College and a J.D. degree from Southern Methodist University’s School of Law.

Petroleum Engineer (Texas A&M ’99) with extensive experience in production operations, reservoir engineering, and business development. Mike has worked for majors, independents, private, and PE backed companies and has been a founding partner in 3 startups. He is recognized by the Utah DOGM as an expert witness and recently managed the Rockies Region for Urban Oil & Gas ($275 million region). He has closed on single transaction acquisition deals as large as $190M.
